Open for viewing and business this coming weekend 7th - 9th May (Fri/Sat/Sun) 11-6pm
VOTE FOR ART! Come and see the work of 4 artist from Bradford on Avon plus art projects, commissions and installations by ArtSpark spread over two studios and gardens.
By this Friday we will know who has won the Election. We may be elated or we may be depressed, but life will go on just the same, and we have been busy setting up installations and interventions for you to enjoy. But if you like the more traditional sort of art - paintings and drawings - we also have some of those...if we can remmeber where we put them!

In the workshop at Studio 43, artist David Cox will be displaying for the first time a new large scale hanging work. David has been creating astounding collages and constructions for many years inspired by his love of Jamaican Ska and Reggae music. Click on the image to the left and you can view his latest short animated video. He will also be displaying some of his fabulous puppets.

Alongside David's work will be the illustrations and drawings of his son Julius, inspired by a passion and desire to present incidents from improbable stories.

Jeff Pigott's paintings have proved very popular over the past weekend and the public have enjoyed poking around in the dark corners of his studio and unearthing little lost gems. Following a residency at Bath College in 2009 and a renewed commitment to his own creative work, Jeff has fifty+ paintings on display at his studio, adjacent to Studio 43.

The caravan is great place to sit and watch the goings-on at the Old Printworks (Studio 43) or just catch a quick nap. Jeff and Julia's stunning installation, Kiosk, has been reassembled for it's first appearance in Wiltshire. And it's companion piece, Numinous is switched on and ready for worshippers at the shrine of consumerism.

Hopefully the sun will shine and visitors can discover what's happening in the studio garden, recycled from a pile of rubble, industrial junk and found materials. Here and inside, Julia Warin will be displaying recent ceramic sculptures and her beautifully crafted pebbles and pots.

Plus there is no excuse to go home empty handed after you have visited the Art Bargain Corner. Art at knock down, silly prices!

So whether it's Cameron, Clegg, Brown or Hung we hope to see you there!

Discover what's happening in the workshop garden, recycled from a pile of rubble, industrial junk and found materials. With the fine weather over Easter, Julia has put her ongoing 'performance' art piece - Tidying My Desk temporarily aside, in order to work on an outdoor piece, - Clearing the Deck. Recent ceramic sculptures will be on show.
