Mural Project

This project gave residents of Wellington Court, Bournemouth the opportunity to contribute to designs on the hoarding around the building site of the old Cadogan Hotel.

Artist, Jeff Pigott, worked at Wellington Court Retirement Home for two days, talking to residents, and some of the ideas and stories exchanged during that time are reflected in these designs. The panels, each measuring 2.4 x 1.2 metres, were then digitally printed.

The project is part of Bournemouth Borough Council’s Arts Development programme and was funded by Chesterford Properties.
